Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training from an accredited college or university.
• Current First Aid and CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer; Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers preferred.
• Experience in onsite athletic training services is expected, plus knowledge of kinesiology or ergonomic assessments.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic first aid for injuries per standing orders and evaluate status.
• Identify and refer injured workers to clinicians for appropriate care.
• Respond to onsite medical emergencies and manage Workers' Compensation cases.
• Collaborate with HR on return-to-work placements and track MS D-related statistics.
• Coordinate injury prevention programs and ergonomic training; perform job analyses.
• Maintain patient care records and prepare monthly/annual reports.
