Job summary

Concentra is seeking an experienced Athletic Trainer for a full-time onsite role at our Philadelphia clinic. You will provide healthcare support, perform pre-employment and RTW testing, and collaborate with HR for return-to-work programs.

The role requires clinical knowledge in athletic training, ergonomic assessment, and strong documentation skills. Onsite schedule includes early shifts; starting salary is $63,200 with opportunities for growth based on performance.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Current First Aid and CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer. Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers or equivalent.
• 1 year of Athletic Trainer experience in an onsite/workers' compensation environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, HR, and medical staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic first aid for musculoskeletal and non-musculoskeletal injuries per standing orders.
• Identify and refer injured associates to appropriate clinicians for optimal care.
• Assist in managing workers' compensation cases and RTW processes.
• Coordinate injury prevention programs and ergonomic training.
• Create and evaluate pre-employment functional testing and RTW assessments.
• Prepare reports on rehab utilization and cost savings.
