Job summary

Concentra is seeking an experienced Athletic Trainer for a full-time onsite role at our Dublin, VA clinic. The position supports health services at a client site and offers a stable annual salary in the mid‑$60k range.

The AT-O will deliver injury prevention, clinical care, return‑to‑work coordination, and worker health programs, with a schedule of Mon-Thurs 10AM-8PM and emphasis on safety and quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Current First Aid and CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer; Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers or equivalent.
• Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Experience in onsite athletic trainer services and ergonomics knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic first aid treatment for injuries and illness as ordered by physicians.
• Identify and refer injured workers to clinicians for optimal care.
• Respond to onsite medical emergencies per standing orders and plans.
• Coordinate Workers' Compensation cases and return-to-work processes.
• Develop injury prevention programs and ergonomic training; monitor implementation.
