Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited college.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic first aid treatment for injuries per Physician Standing Orders.
• Identify, evaluate and refer injured associates to the appropriate clinicians.
• Respond to onsite medical emergencies following standing orders.
• Assist in managing Workers' Compensation cases and return-to-work processes.
• Collaborate with Human Resources on RTW job placement.
• Coordinate injury prevention programs and ergonomic training/evaluation.
• Develop and maintain patient care records and reports.
• Promote health and wellbeing in the workplace.
