Job summary

Concentra and Onsite Innovations seek an Athletic Trainer for an onsite clinic in Atlanta, GA, to provide first aid, injury management and prevention services. This PRN role supports workers’ compensation and return-to-work processes, collaborating with Health and Safety leaders to promote a safer workforce.

The AT-Onsite will perform ergonomic analyses, RTW planning, and maintain patient care records, ensuring quality care and timely documentation in a dynamic workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Current First Aid and CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer; BLS for Healthcare Providers or equivalent.
• Experience in onsite occupational health is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic first aid treatment for injuries and illnesses per standing orders.
• Identify, evaluate and refer injured associates to the appropriate clinicians.
• Assist in managing Workers' Compensation cases.
• Coordinate injury prevention programs and ergonomic training.
• Create pre-shift preventative activity programs and monitor compliance.
• Prepare monthly and annual rehab utilization, cost-savings, and cost-avoidance reports.
• Communicate with safety personnel regarding rehab and injury prevention activities.
