Job summary

Rose Associates is seeking a dedicated Assistant Property Manager to support day-to-day operations across our multifamily communities. You will assist the Property Manager with lease administration, resident communications, and budget forecasting while ensuring high-quality service and compliance.

The role requires on-site presence, weekend availability, and the ability to navigate Yardi, RentCafe, Elise AI, and On-Site software.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multifamily or assistant property management experience.
• Proficiency with property management software (Yardi, RentCafe, Elise AI, On-Site).
• Strong budgeting, reporting, and vendor coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft and distribute resident communications.
• Maintain lease administration and data entry in PM software.
• Prepare monthly delinquency reports and budgets.
• Coordinate Move In/Move Out, certificates, and security deposits.
• Support Property Manager with emergencies and vendor coordination.
• Provide after-hours on-call support when required.
