Qualifications

• Defines and manages delegated scope ownership including cost, progress and documentation.
• Maintains cost coding, earned-value reporting and forecast for delegated scope.
• Participates in change order negotiation and documents change activity.

Responsibilities

• Direct the Project Engineer(s) assigned to the delegated scope.
• Interface with client project staff for delegated scope matters; escalate others.
• Support the Superintendent by removing obstacles and securing resources.
