Job summary

Loenbro LLC in Arizona seeks an experienced Project Manager to own projects end-to-end—from contract to cash flow and client relations. You will lead the team, manage scope, budget, and schedule, and ensure safety and compliance on industrial construction sites.

You will mentor Assistant PMs, coordinate with field personnel, and drive change management and timely client communication to protect profitability and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in construction with 3+ years managing projects; mining, industrial or heavy civil preferred.
• Demonstrated ownership of a project P&L, including a project that went badly and was recovered.
• Working command of CPM scheduling, cost forecasting, earned value and change management.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management; PMP preferred.
• MSHA Part 46/48; valid 5000-23; OSHA 30; first aid/CPR.

Responsibilities

• Own contract scope, understand inclusions/exclusions, and deadlines.
• Manage budget, cost forecasting, and monthly estimate at completion.
• Develop baseline schedule and ensure timely updates; coordinate recovery plans.
• Issue purchase orders and subcontracts within authority; track procurement logs.
• Lead weekly project meetings; publish minutes with actions and owners.
• Ensure safety plans are funded, staffed, and compliant; participate in investigations.
