Loenbro, LLC seeks an experienced Project Manager in Arizona to own a project end-to-end—contract, financials, schedule of record, and client relationship. This role oversees budgets, change management, and invoicing while leading the project team to meet safety and performance goals.

The position requires 7+ years in construction with PM experience, a Bachelor’s in engineering or construction management, and CPM scheduling expertise. PMP preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in construction with 3+ years managing projects (mining/industrial/heavy civil preferred).
• Proven ownership of project P&L and ability to recover troubled projects.
• Strong ability to read civil, structural, mechanical drawings and related specs.

Responsabilités

• Own the contract, scope, notice requirements and deadlines; manage changes and close out.
• Own the project budget, cost coding, and monthly estimate at completion; forecast accurately.
• Produce and present the monthly cost forecast and accruals by deadline.
• Own the single schedule of record and integrate field look-ahead; develop recovery plans.
• Lead the weekly project meetings and supervise the Assistant PM and Project Engineer.
• Ensure safety plans, training, and compliance are met; support field execution.
