Job summary

Loenbro is seeking a Project Manager to lead mechanical and mining projects from Reno, NV. You will collaborate with Project Executive, field leadership, and clients to ensure successful delivery, safety, and quality across multiple sites.

The role demands 7–10 years in heavy industrial construction with hands-on field management experience, strong electrical knowledge, and proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, Accubid and P6. Travel to remote mine sites may be required.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in heavy industrial construction with 3–5 years directly managing field operations or mechanical scopes in mining or mineral processing.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
• Proficiency with project management software including Bluebeam, Procore, Accubid and P6.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, change orders, scheduling, and client communications.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Commitment to safety and quality with NFPA 70E or OSHA certification.
• Familiarity with P&ID and ISO documents; experience with heavy rotating equipment and mill installations.
• Experience with material handling systems and complex piping.
• Experience with shaft alignment, equipment grouting, and laser metrology.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and initiation with clients and engineers, defining scope, goals, and budgets.
• Build and manage project teams, assign tasks, monitor performance, and foster collaboration.
• Coordinate procurement, materials, equipment, and subcontractors; manage vendor relations.
• Supervise project execution with safety, quality, schedule, and budget oversight.
• Communicate project status regularly to clients and stakeholders.
• Handle changes and scope adjustments efficiently with proper documentation.
• Ensure QA/QC, compliance with electrical codes and regulations.
• Prepare final reports and invoices; close out projects.
