Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for an onsite, 12+ month contract in Maitland, FL. This role supports engineering and construction projects, coordinating with clients, subcontractors and vendors to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.

The Hamilton team values strong communication and proactive problem solving. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of PM experience in related fields, a relevant bachelor's degree, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Requires minimum 5 years of applicable project management experience in engineering & construction.
• Experience with Design-Build/EPC support, cost scheduling, budgeting and project documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment and to work overtime on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers on projects of varying complexity and manage smaller projects independently.
• Coordinate with client, subcontractors, vendors and stakeholders; maintain document control and track project activities within time and budget parameters.
• Support design-only and EPC projects, develop RFP packages, and assist with bid/tender processes.
• Manage submittals, RFIs, design changes, and site drawing logs; verify contractor compliance (quality, safety, environmental).
• Assist with project controls, cost reporting, scheduling, WBS, and progress tracking; help prepare budgets and status reports.
