Qualifications

• 6+ years in construction PM/CM roles on complex building projects.
• Experience coordinating with owners, designers, contractors, and inspectors.
• Ability to monitor field conditions and communicate issues to leadership.
• CCM and PMP certifications are preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field desired.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager with day-to-day management and field oversight.
• Coordinate with owners, design consultants, contractors, and agencies.
• Maintain on-site presence to monitor compliance with drawings and specs.
• Review documents to identify conflicts, risks, and nonconforming work.
• Support project controls: RFIs, submittals, change requests, meeting minutes.
• Participate in progress, preconstruction, and coordination meetings.
• Monitor CPM schedule, track progress, and communicate delays.
• Review monthly Applications for Payment and coordinate inspections.
• Maintain detailed daily reports and closeout documentation.
