RealManage Elevated Onsite, a division of RealManage, seeks an Onsite Assistant Community Manager for Pennbrooke HOA in Leesburg, FL. This full-time role supports the Community Manager in operations, governance, and resident services.

The position requires at least two years of HOA management experience, valid driver's license, and strong leadership and communication skills. Florida LCAM or related credentials are preferred. Compensation is $58,000–$60,000 per year with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum two years of HOA management experience.
• Florida LCAM preferred.
• CMCA, AMS, or PCAM credentials preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
• Ability to interpret financial statements and budgets.
• Experience in active-adult or large-scale HOA communities.

Aufgaben

• Assist the General Manager in daily administration and operations.
• Coordinate operational initiatives and activities with boards and staff.
• Prepare Board packets, notices, and meeting materials.
• Conduct community inspections and manage architectural review.
• Oversee maintenance, pools, facilities, and preventative programs.
• Track contract renewals, bids, and vendor performance.
• Assist with budgets, financial reporting, and reserve planning.
