Job summary

RealManage, LLC is hiring a Community Association Manager (CAM) to lead day-to-day operations for a portfolio of HOAs and condo associations in Florida. You will collaborate with Boards, vendors, and residents to deliver service excellence and financial discipline.

Responsibilities include strategic planning, meeting preparation, budgets, and report delivery. A Florida CAM license and 2–3 years of leadership in community management are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a Florida CAM license and relevant property management experience.
• 2–3 years in property or community management and leadership capabilities.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service orientation.
• Proven ability to manage teams and relationships with boards and vendors.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a portfolio of community associations and guide Boards.
• Lead Board meetings, provide strategic plans, and deliver management reports.
• Prepare budgets, manage invoicing, cash flow, and variance analysis.
• Manage vendor relations, bids, contracts, and project oversight.
• Ensure compliance with governing documents and risk management processes.
