Job summary

Responsibilities include ERP data entry, generating Time & Materials invoices, organizing job packets, reviewing discrepancies, communicating with customers and internal teams, and maintaining organized file structures.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of experience in accounts receivable and/or invoicing.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Job Setup & Closeout in ERP per established work instructions.
• Set up new jobs in ERP, import bids, and review for accuracy.
• Organize and maintain job folders with labeling and file management.
• Close out completed jobs by updating status, moving documents, and adding notes.
• Invoicing (approx. 50/week) and time/material invoices based on PM input.
• Perform manual invoice entry within the ERP system and review details for discrepancies.
• Send invoices to customers with proper documentation.
• Compile job cost documentation into organized PDF job packets.
• Run and export reports for internal review prior to invoicing.
