Responsibilities

• Manage multiple customer/vendor accounts with accurate records.
• Process and apply payments and ensure proper recording of transactions.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to resolve billing issues.
• Maintain documentation and supporting records for AR activity.
• Assist with month-end close and AR reporting.
• Identify discrepancies and proactively resolve issues.

Accounts Receivable Specialist

Work Arrangement: Fully Onsite
Compensation: $24–$27 per hour

Position Overview

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team in Goshen, Indiana. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working in a high-volume accounts receivable environment, with a proven ability to manage invoicing, account activity, and multiple customer/vendor relationships while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

This role is well suited for someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume accounts receivable activities, including invoicing, account maintenance, and payment processing.
