Job summary

CertaSite is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to work onsite in our Indianapolis office. The role involves contacting customers about open invoices via phone, email, and portals and collaborating with multiple departments to resolve billing questions.

You will participate in cash application, maintain records, and support the Finance team while reporting to the Accounting Manager. A fast-paced, high-visibility role that requires strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Accounts Receivable/Collections experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Make calls and send emails to collect on open invoices.
• Research customer questions to resolve issues and secure payments.
• Coordinate with operations and branches across the Midwest.
• Cross-train in systems to update customer records and invoices.
• Reconcile high-dollar accounts between billings, payments and adjustments.
• Assist Cash Application in Sage Intacct as needed.
• Maintain regular customer contact daily/weekly/monthly.
• Onsite in Corporate Office; daily commute required.
• Other duties as assigned.
