Job summary

Anza Management is seeking a full-time onsite Community Manager for our Los Angeles area properties. The role directs operations, optimizes ROI for owners, and ensures a quality living environment for residents.

Requirements include 1+ year as Community Manager of 100+ units, residency onsite, and bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States and pass background/physical/drug screenings.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience as a Community Manager of at least 100 units
• Must reside onsite
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Subject to Background/Physical/Drug Screening

Responsibilities

• Excellent property management skills including leasing, marketing, resident relations, and customer service
• Good computer skills with property management software (Yardi preferred) and Excel/Word
• Experience with financial issues—expenditure control, maximizing income, budgeting, and collections
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to interact with prospects, residents, peers, staff, and management
• Drive to different locations
