Anza Management is seeking a Part-time on-site Community Manager in Los Angeles, CA. The role directs apartment community operations to meet owner goals, optimize ROI, and provide quality living environments for residents.

You will promote positive working relationships with staff and manage daily property operations. Main duties include leasing, marketing, resident relations, budgeting, and customer service, with on-site living required and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Background/Physical/Drug Screening required.

Responsibilities

• Excellent property management skills including leasing, marketing, resident relations and customer service.
• Good computer skills (property management software—Yardi, Excel, Word).
• Experience with financial-related issues—expenditure control, maximizing income, collections, budgeting.
