The compensation is hourly ($20.00–$23.00), with potential monthly bonuses up to $250 and a range of benefits including rent discounts and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Proficient in at least two technical trades (e.g., plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to residents and assist team members.
• Perform basic apartment turns to ready units for new residents.
• Complete resident-requested repairs and routine maintenance (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances).
• May train other Maintenance Technicians and support skill development.
• May assist with vendor qualification and move-in/move-out inspections.
