Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with repairs and routine maintenance to restore units to working condition.
• Support apartment make-readies and preventive maintenance programs.
• Identify hazards and report to supervisors.
• Share on-call responsibilities, including inclement weather.
• Ensure proper use and security of tools and equipment.
