Job summary

Mill Creek Residential Trust LLC is seeking a Service Technician I for a Houston multifamily community. This hands-on role performs routine maintenance, painting, cleaning and janitorial tasks, groundskeeping, and makes repairs to maintain property condition and curb appeal. Reports to the Service Manager, Sr.

Service Manager and Community Manager. The position emphasizes safety, timely service requests, and customer service to residents.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience performing maintenance duties helpful.
• Multi-Family maintenance experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the physical condition and appearance of an assigned community.
• Assist in organizing and performing general duties, preventative maintenance, repairs, cleaning and janitorial, and groundskeeping.
• Perform maintenance in vacant apartment homes and respond to service requests promptly.
