Job summary

Capstone Management is seeking an on-site Apartment Maintenance Technician in Texas to handle repair work orders and preventative maintenance across the property, ensuring safety and code compliance. Responsibilities include make-ready preparations for vacant units, stock control, and accurate documentation of service requests.

The role requires at least one year of apartment maintenance experience, with AC certification I/II and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Minimum One Year of Apartment Maintenance
• Technical/other training
• AC Certification I and II

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders and preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and repairing per codes and safety standards.
• Make-ready process to prepare vacant apartments including inspections and scheduling tasks.
• Access materials and track inventory, return unused items, and notify supervisor for reorders.
• Complete documentation for service requests and maintain records.
• Maintain grounds and common areas; perform cleaning, painting, and curb/signage work.
• Support cost-cutting by repairing parts rather than replacing and using tools efficiently.
• Perform Preventative Maintenance.
• Flex schedule and be on-call.
