Job summary

BH Management is seeking a Service Technician III in Fort Worth, TX to maintain and repair a multifamily property. You will perform HVAC and appliance repairs, maintenance tasks, and make-readies for vacant units, while upholding safety standards and company policies.

You will collaborate with the Service Manager and on-site team to schedule work, manage supplies, and respond to resident requests, including on-call coverage when needed.

Qualifications

• Three years of progressive maintenance and safety experience.
• HVAC and appliance repair knowledge.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety practices and codes.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee preventive maintenance, repairs, and make-readies for apartments.
• Assist in maintaining inventory of repair supplies and tools.
• Identify and report hazardous conditions and coordinate with the Service Manager.
• Schedule and support weekly apartment make-readies and maintenance tasks.
• Respond to resident requests and participate in on-call rotation.
• Ensure tools and equipment are secured and property safety standards are met.
