Job summary

Bryten is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to preserve the safety, comfort, and appeal of our Parker, CO community. You will handle repairs, routine upkeep, and make-ready tasks while ensuring excellent service to residents.

You will diagnose issues across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry, perform preventative maintenance, and maintain thorough records. Strong communication and reliability are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• HVAC certification preferred; additional industry certifications are a plus.
• Experience with property management software is preferred (Yardi, ResMan, On-Site).

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance repairs and preventative maintenance to keep community in excellent condition.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, drywall, painting, and other building systems.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents (make-ready and turn).
• Inspect buildings, grounds, amenities, and equipment for safety and maintenance needs.
• Assist with on-call emergencies and after-hours maintenance as required.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, inspections, and inventory.
• Communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and team members.
