Greystar is seeking a dependable Service Technician to join our St. George, Utah team. This full-time, onsite role focuses on maintaining apartment homes, building systems, and common areas while delivering excellent resident service.

You will troubleshoot issues, complete routine and emergency repairs, assist with apartment turns, coordinate with vendors, and uphold safety standards. A strong work ethic, initiative, and willingness to learn are highly valued.

Qualificações

• General maintenance and troubleshooting experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliances, or building systems is a plus.
• Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and willingness to learn.
• Positive attitude, dependable, and works well as part of a team.
• HVAC, EPA, or other relevant certifications preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Complete routine and emergency maintenance requests, including plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general repairs.
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and find effective solutions.
• Assist with apartment turns, inspections, and preventative maintenance.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Maintain accurate work orders and follow safety procedures.
• Provide responsive, professional service to residents and team members.
