You will troubleshoot issues, complete routine and emergency repairs, assist with apartment turns, coordinate with vendors, and uphold safety standards. A strong work ethic, initiative, and willingness to learn are highly valued.

Qualifications

• General maintenance and troubleshooting experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliances, or building systems is a plus.

• HVAC, EPA, or other relevant certifications preferred.

Responsibilities
