AIR Communities owns and operates best-in-class apartment communities across the country. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to work onsite at Harbor & Pine #2 in Marietta, GA, assisting with resident needs and apartment turns while delivering quality service.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Proficient in at least two technical trades (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, carpentry).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts.
• A reliable mode of transportation to respond to emergency service requests after hours.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to residents and assistance to team members.
• Follow AIR’s process for completion of basic apartment turns to prepare for move-ins.
• Complete resident requested repairs and routine maintenance (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances).
• May provide direction and training to other Maintenance Technicians.
• May assist with vendor quality checks and move-in/move-out inspections.
• Responsibilities vary based on team needs, systems, and season.
