Responsibilities

• Manage incoming AP invoices and supplier communications daily.
• Match POs, receiving docs, and invoices for accuracy.
• Process AP transactions in SAP accurately and timely.
• Code G/L, Cost Center, and WBS on AP vouchers.
• Assist with payments and reconcile vendor statements.
• Support month-end close and audits.
• Maintain vendor files and respond to inquiries.
• Prepare accruals for month-end closing.
