Responsibilities

• Applies customer payments.
• Researches and resolves payment discrepancies.
• Maintains an accurate aging report; generates daily reports.
• Makes daily collection calls; sends statements to customers with past due balances.
• Adjusts accounts as needed; processes new account requests and new sites.
• Maintains AR activity with service calls when issues are found.
