Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing (CFS) partnered with an established manufacturing/distribution organization to identify an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist in Quincy, MA. This role offers the opportunity to move beyond processing invoices and own the AP process in a high-volume environment.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of AP experience, mastery of three-way matching, and strong communication across departments to resolve discrepancies quickly.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of AP processes and three-way matching.
• Demonstrated ability to research discrepancies and solve problems.
• Experience in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong communication skills across departments.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily AP processing in a high-volume environment (20–30 invoices/day).
• Perform three-way matching of purchase orders, receipts, and invoices.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and discuss pricing/purchasing issues with Procurement.
