• Strong experience in accounts payable and high-volume invoice processing.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and accurate financial transactions.
• Experience performing bank reconciliations and vendor payments.
• Excellent Excel and data organization capabilities.
• Strong communication and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Process approximately 30–40 daily vendor invoices in QuickBooks.
• Manage accounts payable transactions and payment schedules.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor accounts.
• Communicate with vendors on invoices and balances.
• Assist with budgeting and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve accounting processes.
