Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Accounting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and code vendor invoices accurately and on time as the Accounts Payable Clerk
• Reconcile vendor statements, investigate discrepancies, and resolve payment issues as the Accounts Payable Clerk
• Prepare and process check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers as the Accounts Payable Clerk
• Maintain vendor records and ensure compliance with company policies and documentation requirements as the Accounts Payable Clerk
• Support month-end close activities, accounts payable reporting, and account reconciliations as the Accounts Payable Clerk
