Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing an Accounts Payable team in a complex environment.
• Strong knowledge of AP operations, vendor management and controls.
• Experience with Sage, RealPage, Entrata or similar ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and accountability for the AP team.
• Monitor AP aging, invoice processing, payments, and workload.
• Review and enhance AP processes, controls, and vendor management.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Property Management, Development, and Construction teams.
• Document procedures, identify automation opportunities, and scale the dept.
