Job summary

Axon is seeking an experienced professional to own customer outcomes within strategic accounts, delivering end-to-end lifecycle management of Axon's ecosystem on site. You will design, build, and ship capabilities across AI Era, agents, workflows, integrations, and data pipelines, while coordinating with Product and Engineering to ensure adoption and impact.

You’ll maintain a strong field presence, measure mission outcomes, and establish patterns for repeatable success across agencies.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing technical roles or program management in complex deployments.
• Strong communication with technical teams and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to own outcomes end-to-end in fast-changing environments.
• Familiarity with CJIS compliance and security standards.

Responsibilities

• Onsite building and platform delivery across deployment, adoption, and success.
• Design and ship tools on Axon's platform (AI agents, workflows, integrations, data pipelines).
• Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Support, and Services to resolve issues.
• Lead field deployments and document reusable patterns for other accounts.
• Build trusted relationships with agency leadership and drive strategic reviews.
