Job summary

Axon seeks a field-based customer outcomes owner to drive end-to-end deployments within its ecosystem. You’ll own agency outcomes, combining deep technical expertise with operational leadership to ship capabilities on site and in the field.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing technical roles, program management or operational transformation.
• Proven builder: shipped automations, agents, workflows, or AI-enabled tools in customer environments.
• Comfort working across hardware, software, cloud and AI-enabled technologies.
• Strong communication with technical teams and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to own outcomes in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
• CJIS compliance and security awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite building and platform delivery across deployments.
• Design and ship tools on Axon platform: AI agents, workflows, integrations, and data pipelines.
• Iterate in the field and document patterns for reuse across accounts.
• Drive AI-powered workflows and ensure adoption.
• Define success metrics and capture baselines before major deployments.
