Job summary

Slalom, LLC is seeking a Technical Product Owner for Slalom Flex on-site in Centennial, CO. The role partners with engineers, data specialists, and client product owners to translate business intent into clear product direction and lead AI-enabled delivery within high-velocity pods.

You will own the product lifecycle from concept through launch, define governance, and ensure alignment of strategy, scope, and value. Strong Agile, DevOps, and AI experience are required.

Qualifications

• Idea-to-specs translation and backlog management.
• Bridge business and technical teams with delivery toolchains.
• Strong investigative, analytical, and communication skills; use AI to accelerate research and insights.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, XP, Lean) and tailoring them to projects.
• Delivery risk identification and mitigation in complex/ambiguous environments.
• Exposure to AI in a delivery setting and willingness to deepen tooling capabilities.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices - CI/CD, automated testing, and release management.

Responsibilities

• Defining and governing project cadence, Agile events, and delivery reporting.
• Partnering with Product Owners to define product scope, write user stories, and acceptance criteria linked to OKRs.
• Owning the product lifecycle from concept through launch and beyond; collect feedback and plan iterations.
• Maintaining a shared context hub for strategy, decisions, requirements, risks, and technical context, using AI tooling to keep it current.
• Lead delivery teams by managing issues, risks, facilitating meetings, and providing status updates.
• Collaborating with engineering leaders to validate approach, strategy, and deliverables; document toolchains.
