Job summary

Slalom is seeking an Architect-level Solution Owner to work with engineers, architects, designers, and data specialists to translate business intent into product direction and AI-enabled delivery. You will lead delivery pods, align strategy with value, and own the product lifecycle from concept through launch and iteration.

• Proven experience turning business goals into clear product backlogs and outcomes.
• Strong Agile background with experience in Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, XP, Lean.
• Experience applying AI to delivery work and driving value.

Responsibilities

• Define governance cadence, Agile events, and delivery reporting.
• Work with Product Owners to define product, write specs, user stories, acceptance criteria.
• Own product lifecycle from concept through launch and beyond.
• Maintain the project context hub and use AI tooling to keep it current.
• Lead delivery teams, manage issues, risks, and provide status updates.
• Collaborate with engineering leaders to validate approach and toolchain.
• Develop prompts, templates, and AI workflows for requirements and backlog.
• Test ideas with lightweight prototypes and sharpen product direction.
• Travel may be required depending on client needs.
