Job summary

Slalom is seeking an Architect-level Solution Owner to collaborate with engineers, designers, and data specialists in high-velocity delivery pods. You will translate business intent into product direction, lead AI-enabled Agile delivery teams, and ensure strategy, scope, delivery health, and value are connected from concept through launch and iteration.

You’ll partner with client product owners, validate approaches with engineering leaders, and drive clear specifications, stories, and acceptance

Qualifications

Years of product development experience using Agile methodologies and leveraging AI

Responsibilities

Define and manage project governance with cadence, Agile events, and delivery reporting.
Partner with Product Owners to define product, outline specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria aligned to OKRs.
Own the product lifecycle from concept through launch and beyond; gather feedback and plan iterations.
Maintain the project’s context hub with strategy, decisions, requirements, risks, and tech context.
Lead delivery teams, manage issues and risks, and provide status updates.
Collaborate with engineering leaders to validate technical approach and deliverables.
Build and refine prompts, templates, and AI workflows to support requirements and backlog management.
Test ideas via lightweight prototypes and iterate on product direction.
Travel may be required depending on client needs.
