ICONMA is hiring a Customer Support Representative for Johnston, IA, onsite role. You will provide front-line support, document interactions, and assist customers with product inquiries, warranties, and loyalty programs in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 6+ months of customer service experience, strong written and verbal communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Availability for occasional holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of customer service experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Comfort with consumer software applications.
• Ability to work support hours and holidays.
• Knowledge of agriculture, turf and utility vehicles (preferred).
• Experience in Agriculture or Technology dealer channels (preferred).
