Job summary

Asset Living in Anchorage, AK is seeking a Community Manager to lead on-site housing operations under the Regional Manager, supervising staff, leasing, maintenance, finances, and risk management to ensure compliance with policies and fair housing.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience with affordable housing programs (LIHTC, HUD, etc.), a CAM/ARM preferred, and the ability to manage budgets, marketing plans, and resident relations within Asset Living’s comprehensive rewards

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in affordable housing programs.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Ability to manage budgets, leasing, and staff on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site operations, personnel, leasing, maintenance, and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.
• Develop yearly operating budgets and monitor financial reports.
• Lead customer service and resident relations to ensure satisfaction.
• Plan marketing, leasing strategies, and resident retention programs.
• Coordinate emergency response with staff and residents.
