Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee a housing community on-site, reporting to the Regional Manager. You will supervise personnel, leasing, maintenance, and financial activities while ensuring safety, fair housing compliance, and policy adherence.

Responsibilities include staff development, budgeting, marketing, resident relations, and timely reporting. A strong background in affordable housing and AMO-recognized practices is preferred.

Qualifications

• Personnel management experience and leadership abilities.
• Ability to develop yearly operating budgets and forecasts.
• Experience in leasing, marketing planning, and resident relations.
• Strong customer service and team supervision skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site staff and schedules to ensure smooth operations.
• Develop yearly marketing plans and apply leasing strategies.
• Monitor rent collections, deposits, and vendor invoices for accuracy.
• Lead emergency response and ensure safety/compliance with policies.
• Maintain property appearance, inspections, and preventive maintenance.
• Address resident concerns and implement retention initiatives.
