Job summary

Asset Living in Longmont, CO is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily operations and financial functions of an affordable housing community. You will support the Community Manager and help drive leasing, maintenance, and risk management while ensuring compliance with fair housing guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or two years housing industry experience.
• Must understand and perform onsite software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and financial functions of the housing community.
• Manage delinquency and rent collection to optimize cash flow.
• Supervise on-site staff and ensure compliance with company policies and fair housing guidelines.
• Implement leasing strategies and marketing plans to achieve occupancy goals.
• Post payments and reconcile account receivables; prepare end-of-month reporting.
• Assist with budgeting, expenses, and revenue targets to meet NOI.

Education
