Job summary

Asset Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for a Colorado housing community. Under the Community Manager, you will oversee daily operations and financial functions, contribute to rent collection, budgeting, and NOI, and supervise onsite staff to ensure policy compliance and resident satisfaction.

This on-site role requires a High School Diploma (Bachelor’s preferred) and familiarity with onsite software, fair housing laws, and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or two years housing industry experience.
• Ability to understand and perform onsite software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Post payments and income accurately; reconcile accounts receivable.
• Monitor bad debt and send notices; manage collections and evictions.
• Assist in budgeting, revenue, expenses, and NOI goals.
• Lead onsite staff, train, coach, and ensure policy compliance.
• Show and lease units; maintain resident retention and satisfaction.

Education
