Job summary

Sensi.AI is seeking a Customer Onboarding Specialist / Implementation Manager to lead onsite deployments with home care agencies across the United States. You will train staff, coach agency teams, and ensure successful adoption of Sensi’s technology in real-world care settings.

In this hands-on role, you will travel frequently, work directly with agency teams and older adults, and help drive strong adoption after deployment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in client-facing roles such as customer success, sales, implementation, or related fields.
• Strong teaching, coaching, or training skills for non-technical users.
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation ability.
• Ability to explain technology in simple terms to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite deployments with home care agencies, including device setup and staff training.
• Train agency teams to use Sensi technology and understand key workflows.
• Serve as onsite teacher, coach, and trusted advisor for non-technical users.
• Present Sensi’s AI product and value proposition to agency teams during field visits.
• Manage onboarding from post-sale through successful implementation and adoption.
• Identify training gaps or blockers and coordinate cross-functional solutions.
• Build relationships with agency owners, care managers, caregivers, and other stakeholders.
• Support light technical troubleshooting during deployments and escalate as needed.
• Gather client feedback and field insights to improve product and processes.
• Maintain account documentation, activity tracking, and deployment notes in HubSpot.
• Partner with Customer Success, Product, Support, Sales, and Operations to drive outcomes.
• Stay involved through the onboarding lifecycle to sustain momentum.
