Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking an administrative professional to support the service sales process. You will work with Account Managers and Operations to ensure customer needs are met in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include contract handling, bid submissions, COI issuance, and updating Salesforce. Strong organizational skills, communication, and the ability to multitask are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or GED.
• At least two years experience in a Windows environment with advanced features in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle booking process including commissions, fulfillment, and contracting.
• Coordinate project handoffs from Sales to Operations in enterprise systems.
• Assist Account Managers with generating proposals and maintain project files.
• Update Salesforce with information from Account Managers and customers.
• Create and submit bid packages to service customers.
• Issue Certificates of Insurance (COI) for direct service customers.
• Support contract review and maintenance with Contract Management and area managers.
• Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned.
• Possess flexibility to work overtime/weekends when required.
