Job summary

Raymond Storage Concepts (RSC) is seeking an Accounts Receivable Associate for our Cincinnati (Blue Ash) headquarters. You will apply customer payments, process invoices, and investigate discrepancies to keep our AR moving smoothly.

Reporting to the Controller, you’ll support onboarding, portal registrations, and collaboration with internal teams. This onsite role requires 1–3 years in AR and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of professional office experience needed.
• 1–3 years of B2B collections and/or accounts receivable experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work onsite five days per week at our Cincinnati (Blue Ash) office.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer payments, applying to open invoices.
• Match payments to remittance information and reconcile deposits.
• Submit invoices through customer portals and ensure data is complete and timely.
• Identify unapplied credits and clear them against balances.
• Research payment discrepancies and suggest account adjustments.
• Review delinquent accounts and communicate with customers by phone and email.
• Maintain documentation of customer financial information and collection activity.
• Provide backup coverage for the main phone line and assist with AR projects.
