Raymond Storage Concepts is seeking an Accounts Receivable Associate for our Cincinnati (Blue Ash) headquarters. You will handle customer payments, invoices, and collections while balancing independent detail work with collaboration across internal teams.

The role requires 1–3 years in an office setting, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. This onsite position offers a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities within a growing organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of professional office experience.
• 1–3 years in accounts receivable or collections preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a customer-service mindset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer payments by ACH, check, and credit card.
• Apply payments to open invoices in the EBS system.
• Match remittance information and reconcile deposits.
• Submit invoices through customer portals accurately and on time.
• Identify unapplied credits and clear them against balances.
• Research payment discrepancies and adjust accounts as needed.
• Communicate with customers on delinquent balances by phone and email.
• Document financial information and collection activity in the system.
• Assist onboarding with setup in business systems and portals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transaction process.
