Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Business or 1 year AR experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems preferred.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and deadline-driven.

Responsibilities

• Accurately prepares, posts, verifies and records customer payments.
• Applies credit memos to invoices as needed.
• Researches and reconciles customer accounts and unapplied payments.
• Records write-offs to general ledger accounts.
• Communicates professionally with customers and internal teams.
