The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, experience with BirchStreet or similar P2P systems, and strong Excel skills. On-site work with potential for month-end closings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in accounting or hospitality preferred.
• Experience with BirchStreet or similar P2P systems is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications; hotel operations familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices through BirchStreet, ensuring approvals, correct coding, and accuracy with POs and receiving logs.
• Monitor invoice approvals and follow up on outstanding items.
• Resolve discrepancies and vendor inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
• Assist with month-end accruals and AP-related closings; maintain organized records.
